I met Phillipa in 2007 while she was restructuring the First Friends Ministry. To increase the retention for the First Friends Ministry, Phillipa created a new role and trained me on the new venture.  Phillipa shared her wisdom and made herself available to me whenever I needed her assistance. With the many responsibilities that she had at Friendship West, Phillipa also provided spiritual leadership to the ministry. Since Phillipa has made the necessary changes to our ministry we have doubled in membership!  Phillipa's dedication to kingdom building has definitely inspired my relationship in the body of Christ. I will continue to use Phillipa's example as a template when I serve in ministry.
